Hi Maintenance Team,

Yes, someone came around while I was at class to unclog the bathtub. Thank you so much! I couldn’t have asked for a better community to live in for my first apartment. I will take the advice about the bath bombs and not use so many at once.  

Unrelated, but my closet smells like sewage. I actually almost vomited. I have no trash or garbage in my bedroom at all (I checked). Could you please speak to my neighbor since we share a wall?

Hi Maintenance Team,

Did you get a chance to talk to my neighborl? I think he’s possibly unwell so it would be great if someone could check on him. His car hasn’t moved in two weeks, and when I’ve seen his cat around the community, she looks deranged with hunger. As for the smell, I had to throw out my favorite sweater. The sewage scent is in the fibers now, so there’s no hope.

I didn’t know cats aren’t allowed in our community. It might not have been his? There are a lot of black cats around (Halloween).

I hoped the big truck you sent this morning was to fumigate our apartments,  so both my neighbor and I (we met for the first time today) were crushed to learn it was actually to tow his car.

Thanks for sending me the page from our community handbook that says all vehicles must have updated tabs. However, I’m currently taking a class on Law and Society, and I think, legally, you have to give someone an eviction notice before you deposit their furniture on the grass like you did to my neighbor yesterday.

Reggie has informed me lighting candles is also prohibited in our community. Can you please send me the relevant handbook pages to confirm? This candle is the only thing that cuts the smell.
