Not entirely sure what this is – one evening I was experimenting with wax pastels and a water brush, making different colors, when I started trying to make intentionally ugly colors (though none of them really turned out that ugly!) and naming them. Slowly the names expanded into little storylets. But there is a quality to it I like. Since this website is a studio, not a gallery, I will keep it here, until I decide how to channel its energy into a revised version.
